THE fifth floor of an office block in Basing View has officially opened following a transformation.

The milestone moment marks the halfway point for Arena Offices – an office provider in the south east – in the complete refurbishment of the 10-storey building that was once considered an unsightly office block, now transformed into a modern business hub known as Grosvenor House.

The fifth floor, now open to clients, offers state-of-the-art amenities with innovative workspace designs that can be tailored to the needs of modern businesses.

Carys England, centre manager at Arena Offices’ Grosvenor House, said she was excited to be opening the fifth floor for Grosvenor House clients and the broader business community.

She continued: "This marks a significant milestone for Grosvenor House and we are proud to contribute to the vibrant landscape of Basing View.

“These offices are situated in a sought-after investment destination, on the M3 corridor and with a direct rail line to London Waterloo. With the highest job creation rates in the South East, Grosvenor House is an ideal location for businesses looking to establish themselves in a thriving and prosperous community.

“We look forward to seeing our clients settle in and become integral members of the distinctive Arena business community."
