AN 18-YEAR-OLD who drove a Volkswagen Golf at 102mph on the M3 has been disqualified for 28 days.
Harry Bourne, of Godalming, was spotted behind the wheel of the Volkswagen on July 15, 2023, at Basingstoke.

He was travelling at 102mph when the speed limit on the motorway is 70mph.
At Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on June 3, this year, Bourne pleaded guilty to speeding.
Along with the driving ban, he was fined £406 and told to pay a £162 victim surcharge, along with £110 court costs.
