Right at Home Basingstoke has been awarded the five-star Employer Award for the fourth consecutive year.
The award is based on CareGiver Satisfaction Survey results from 27 caregivers, administered by independent research company, WorkBuzz.
The survey found perfect satisfaction rates across key metrics such as workplace pride, recommendation of services, and quality of the work environment.

Kevin Smith, managing director of Right at Home Basingstoke, said: "I am very proud of the CareGiver Survey results. We aim to support our CareGivers in every way we can in their roles and these results evidence how positively the team feel about working for Right at Home Basingstoke.
"Our focus on doing the right things for our clients has shone through in these results. I am delighted that the efforts made by all of our team have been recognised in this survey."
