MAGISTRATES have banned a Hartley Wintney man from driving after he was caught over the drug limit while behind the wheel.
Charles Glew, of Mildmay Terrace, was caught on the A30 in Basingstoke on November 11, 2023.

It was found that he had 2.7ug/l of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood – the legal limit is two.
The 23-year-old admitted the charge during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 28.
He was disqualified from driving and fined £200. He must also pay £85 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
