St Michael's Hospice is inviting residents to participate in its Summer Memories celebration at Worting House in Basingstoke.
Participants will have the opportunity to dedicate a hand-crafted metal forget-me-not flower to a loved one, allowing attendees to leave a lasting tribute.
All flowers will be included in an installation at Worting House during a memorial service on Sunday, July 14.
Not only is this a community gathering, but the forget-me-not flower, the symbol of this year's event, represents love, remembrance, and enduring ties.
However, the number of forget-me-nots is limited.
Interested participants should make their dedication before July 1, to ensure their loved one's name is featured in the order of service for the Summer Memories event.
Dedications received after this date will still be included in the installation, subject to availability.
The event is for everyone, regardless of whether St Michael's Hospice cared for a loved one.
Jordan, a daughter of a St Michael's Hospice patient, said: "I dedicate in memory of my mum every year.
"Coming together with others to celebrate her life really means a lot, and I love taking home the metal flower.
"Every time I look out to the garden, I remember celebrating my incredible mum, and I know that I have helped the Hospice to continue to provide other families with the same amazing care and support that they gave my family."
Last year, St Michael's Hospice assisted more than 800 people like Jordan's mother.
While their services are free of charge, the Hospice relies heavily on the community's generosity to raise the additional £15,000 required daily to sustain their services as demand and costs rise.
By dedicating a forget-me-not flower this year, locals can guarantee more patients and their families receive hospice care when they need it most.
St Michael's Hospice operates in North Hampshire providing free specialist palliative care to patients and their families easing life-limiting illnesses.
Despite only receiving 16 per cent of their operating cost from the government, they continue to provide free compassionate care.
