A SUSPECTED drug dealer has been arrested after police seized multiple bags of cannabis from his car.
The 29-year-old man from Basingstoke was pulled over by police after they noticed he was driving suspiciously on Brighton Way on Monday, June 4.
Officers searched the car and seized multiple bags of cannabis, scales and cash.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and has been released from custody but remains under investigation.

A statement released on the Basingstoke Cops Facebook page reads: "A man has been arrested in Basingstoke following a proactive vehicle stop by local officers.
"Whilst out on patrol, officers noticed a vehicle driving suspiciously on Brighton Way on Monday (24 June).
"After stopping the car, they conducted a search and multiple bags of cannabis, scales, and cash were located and seized.
"A 29-year-old man from Basingstoke was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply. He has been released from custody but remains under investigation."
