A BASINGSTOKE woman who used threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress has been fined more than £200.
Chelsea Williams, of Woolford Way, committed the offence on April 23, this year.

She also failed to show up at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail, on May 30.
The 23-year-old admitted the offences during a hearing at the Basingstoke court on June 4.
Williams was fined £230 and ordered to pay court costs of £85.
