MAGISTRATES have disqualified a Hampshire man after he was caught drink driving on the A33 at Chineham.
Oliver Turner, of Fleet, when stopped on Reading Road, on May 19, this year, had 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35.

During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on June 4, the 25-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
He received a 12-month driving ban and fined £300. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £120 surcharge.
