A MAN from South Wales who was spotted driving without due care and attention has been hit with points on his licence.
Robert Bolger, of Pontypool, was caught on the junction of Bramshill Road and the B3011 in Hook, on December 3, 2023.
On June 4, at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court, the 24-year-old admitted to the offence.
Magistrates endorsed his licence with five penalty points and he was also ordered to a £112 surcharge, along with £85 court costs.
