Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service attended, giving children the opportunity to tour the fire truck and try on firefighters' uniforms.
Nursery manager at Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool, Charlotte Vines, said: "It was truly wonderful. The event provided a fantastic opportunity for families from the community to meet our team and discuss childcare and education options in person.
"A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, with special appreciation to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service for their support.”
