A MAN has been charged with burglary after a house in Brighton Hill was broken into.
At 1.44am on Thursday, July 4, police were called after reports that a property in Lehar Close had been broken into.
Several items, including a wallet, game console, phone, speakers and a backpack, were stolen from inside the address.

A man was apprehended at the scene and was later arrested by officers.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Aaron Smethurst, 39, of Brahms Road, Basingstoke, has been charged with burglary dwelling with intent to steal.
"He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (Friday, July 5)."
