A TRANSPORT and logistics firm in Little London has received a national award in recognition of its work.
Rogers Transport was presented with a Platinum Award by Palletways UK, Europe's largest express palletised freight network.
The award - the company's highest accolade - recognises excellence in operations, outstanding service and sales performance, engagement with the Armed Forces community and sustainable practices.
The honour was handed over during a gala dinner marking Palletways' 30th anniversary, hosted by comedian Tom Allen.
Emma Roberts, transport manager at Rogers Transport, said: "Thank you to Palletways UK for this award, it means the world to us.
"It’s testament to the hard work and commitment of the whole team here."

Rogers Transport is one of more than 120 independent transport providers within the Palletways UK network.
They utilise shared expertise and resources from the group, delivering palletised freight to market more quickly and cost-effectively.
