MAGISTRATES have handed a Hampshire man a suspended sentence after he was caught drug driving in Basingstoke.
Tige Ravenhill was stopped driving in Haymarket Yard, Church Street, on November 19, 2023, with 240 micrograms per litre of blood of benzoylglycine – the legal limit is 50.
He also had 26 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood – the legal limit is 10.

The 21-year-old was found to have in his possession a lock knife.
During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 3, Ravenhill, of Aldershot, pleaded guilty to the offences.
He was handed a four-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and must complete up to 20 rehabilitation days.
