THE most (and least) expensive streets in Basingstoke have been revealed.
In the survey, which tracked data over the last five years, Pyotts Hill, Cliddesden Court and Cliddesden Road came out on top as the three highest-value streets in the town, whilst Park Heights, James Road and Oakfields rank as the cheapest.
Sales company Property Solvers, which specialises in completing sales quickly, used average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to identify the highest and lowest-priced streets.

Pyotts Hill (RG24 8AP) has an average price of £895,000 for four properties sold.
This contrasts significantly with Park Heights (RG22 4AE) where three properties were sold for an average of just £88,500.
Cliddesden Court (RG21 3ES) and Cliddesden Road (RG21 3EY) took second and third place in the most-expensive ranking, with five homes sold on each street for an average of £788,200 and £781,200 respectively.
James Road (RG21 6BA) and Oakfields (RG24 8TL) followed Park Heights in the list of least expensive, with averages of £91,562 and £100,992 for four and 14 properties sold, respectively.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Pyotts Hill (RG24) sold for £1,100,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £70,000 and under on James Road (RG21), Wheeler Way (RG21) and Wheeler Way (RG21)."
