The lights appear to be out, they are not showing signals at both the toucan crossing which leads to the Gastons Wood business park, and further down at the Crockford Roundabout.
It is currently unknown when the issue will be sorted.
A spokesperson for Hampshire County Council said: "Work in the Basingstoke area by a utility company has led to a power supply disruption which has impacted the traffic lights on the A33 Crockford Roundabout. We have been advised that this issue should be resolved by late afternoon today, Tuesday 16 July."
