THE smallest Festival in the World will return for its fourth year to Proteus Creation Space in Basingstoke this weekend.
Families can kickstart their summer with a festival like no other, featuring all the best bits of a festival in under two hours minus the dirt, grime and lack of sleep.
The event is being held at the Creation Space, in Council Road, on Saturday, July 20 when there will be a brand new line-up of performance artists, musicians, and creatives for a family-friendly whirlwind of a festival, right here in the heart of Basingstoke.
