Police carried out a roadside drug wipe test at Kings Furlong Centre, which came back positive. A Class B drug was also found following a search of the vehicle.

Ashley John Young, 41, of Braddock Court, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
He also admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B.
Young appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Thursday, July 18, and was given a three-year driving ban as well as a fine of £165.
PS Karla Leese, from Basingstoke’s Priority Crime Team, said: “We take reports of drug driving extremely seriously.
“Getting behind the wheel when under the influence is extremely dangerous and we urge people to think carefully before driving.
“You can put the lives of others – and your own life – at risk and I hope this result sends a clear message that we will not tolerate this behaviour in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.”
