A SHOPLIFTER has been jailed for 18 weeks after stealing £425 worth of items from New Look.
Susan Carter, 37, of Sebastopol Road, Aldershot, stole the items from the Aldershot branch between April 12 and June 14.
Carter appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 23 and pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop.

She was jailed for a total of 18 weeks after a suspended sentence order was activated.
Police Sergeant Rob Tiller, from the Aldershot Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We know the impact Carter’s actions have had on businesses, shop workers and the wider community.
“Our message is clear – shoplifting will not be tolerated in Aldershot. Please continue to report incidents like this to us and we will do all we can to put those responsible before the courts.”
