A MERCEDES driver who used a handheld mobile phone while driving on the M3 near Basingstoke has been disqualified from driving.
Aaron Sidhu, 34, of Miles Road in Basingstoke, was caught using a mobile phone while driving a Mercedes near Junction 6-7 of M3 on July 19.

Following a guilty plea, Aldershot Magistrates' Court on Monday, July 15, disqualified him from driving for six months and issued six penalty points.
The court also ordered Sidhu to pay £92 fine, £110 costs and £37 surcharge.
