In Oakridge, a car became stuck in a pit after a cover was pushed off the drain due to the rain.
A spokesperson from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said: "Basingstoke crews were called to Forsythia Walk at around 6pm yesterday after a vehicle became stuck in a pit by the road following an RTC.
"One casualty was assessed by firefighters before an ambulance was called.
"The car was blocking the road so HIWFRS winched the vehicle out to reopen the road.
"The scene was made safe before crews left the scene at around half seven."
