A BASINGSTOKE woman has been fined and given a community order for shoplifting from Festival Place and failing to register her address after being released from prison.
Tracey Donnelly, 49, of Mary Rose Court, pleaded guilty to stealing three ACDC T-shirts costing £51.55 from Cool Merch shop in Festival Place on March 1.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court fined her £120, and ordered her to pay the value of the T-shirts as compensation and £114 surcharge.
The court also issued a community order for rehabilitation activity for failing to register her address under sex offenders register requirements within three days of being released from prison.
Donnelly should comply with any instructions of a responsible officer to attend appointments or participate in any activity as required by the officer up to a maximum of 20 days.
