A BASINGSTOKE driver has been disqualified for 17 months for not giving blood sample for analysis after he was stopped.
Frederick Tiller, 29, of Culver Road, pleaded guilty to failing to provide his blood specimen for a laboratory test to check whether he had committed an offence.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court disqualified him for 17 months with a reduction period of 17 weeks if he takes a course before June 2025.
He was also ordered to pay a £127 fine, £250 costs and £51 surcharge.
