BASINGSTOKE will be transformed into a Caribbean paradise with island vibes on Saturday, August 31, as the Taste of the Caribbean Food and Drink Festival is returning to The War Memorial Park.
This year’s event promises to bring a mouth-watering array of authentic Caribbean cuisine, live music, and family-friendly entertainment.
Food lovers are in for a treat with more than 25 of the UK’s best restaurants and street food vendors serving up a diverse range of dishes.
From classic jerk chicken and curry goat to vegan options, there’s something to satisfy every palate, the organisers claim.

While you enjoy the music, you can also explore the vibrant market stalls, indulge in delicious treats, and keep the kids entertained with funfair rides, bouncy castles, and face painting.
There will also be free activities like storytelling, circus skills, and arts and crafts.
