A DRUG driver from Basingstoke has been disqualified from driving for 14 months.
Daniel Brown, 36, of Mallory Road, pleaded guilty to driving a white Ford on Grove Road on January 19.
The proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his blood exceeded the specified limit. He had 15ug/L of THC in his blood, when the legal limit is 2ug/L.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 23 disqualified him from driving for 14 months.
Brown was also ordered to pay a £1,000 fine, £85 costs, and £400 surcharge.
