A grant of £20,000 by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Freemasons has funded a significant coaching programme supporting youngsters.
This programme is benefiting young adults, aged between 18 and 30, housed at the YMCA centres in Basingstoke and Southampton.
Since its inception, the initiative, known as 'Fit for Work', designed by performance coach Steve Jones, has been unfolding in three stages: focus, inspiration, and transformation.

Participants are guided to comprehend themselves better, identify obstacles in their lives, and adopt a unique perspective.
Ultimately, they are driven towards creating concrete action plans and elevating their ambitions.
The initial course funded by Freemasons, as executed by Steve Jones, is rapidly approaching completion in both the Basingstoke and Southampton centres.
These centres are witnessing daily transformations as the young residents utilise Steve's expert methods to comprehend, inspire, and transform their lives.
Mr Jones said: "Many of the residents have had difficult and very troubled pasts.
"Because of traumatic childhood experiences often repeated night after night, they struggle with all sorts of emotions, self-doubt and anxiety.
"The programme gives them the motivation and the tools to go out and make a difference with their lives."
