A MAN and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of intent to supply after police found Class A drugs hidden in a sock.
The pair, a 30-year-old man from East Molesey, Surrey, and an 18-year-old woman from Epsom, Surrey, were pulled over by police on the A30 near Hartley Wintney on Wednesday, August 21.
Following a search of the vehicle, a Volkswagen Passat, officers found a black sock containing Class A drugs, drug paraphernalia and £410 in cash.
Both were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.

Both have been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences following a proactive stop near Hartley Wintney yesterday.
"Officers stopped a Volkswagen Passat on the A30 at around 12.20pm yesterday (21 August).
"They searched the vehicle and found a black sock containing suspected Class A drugs, drug paraphernalia and £410 in cash.
"All items were seized. A 30-year-old man from East Molesey, Surrey, and an 18-year-old woman from Epsom, Surrey, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.
"They have been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries."
