A DISQUALIFIED driver who drove an Audi through Basingstoke has had his licence endorsed with penalty points.
Xin Zhou, 35, of Lightwater, was banned from driving for a previous offence.
However, he was caught driving again in Basingstoke on June 30. He did not have third party insurance either.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court gave six penalty points on his licence for the offence and ordered him to pay a £200 fine.
Zhou was ordered to pay £85 costs and £80 surcharge.
