"Africa Day celebration 2024 in Basingstoke will have fun and games. We'll have award presentation a Pride of Africa award presentation.
"We'll have speeches and addresses and stories, positive stories of Africans who have done great things in the community where you live, who are from Africa, but who are making us proud in these areas, lots of it, and there'll be games.
"I've got table tennis for you. I've got darts for you.
"It'll be wonderful. It'd be a great occasion to come and celebrate Africa.
"Let us put aside the negativity that everybody feels about Africa as a continent, and let's come together and build ourselves, build the African continent, build our people, our own selves, and use the power of unity to build our continent back in Africa, it's not hard, but it has to start from somewhere, and we want you to start it here in Basingstoke.
