A man who threatened that he would smash another man’s windows has been sent to jail for “flagrant disregard” of court orders.
Samuel Rolfe, 23, of Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to threatening a Basingstoke man on July 27.
He was previously jailed for eight weeks for similar offences and was given a restraining order.

He was in breach of the order when he went to the address to threaten the other man.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court sent him back to jail for four months for the breach of restraining order, saying the offences are so serious that only a custodial sentence can be justified.
He should also serve two weeks in jail concurrently for the harassment charge.
