A Basingstoke man has been jailed for breaching a restraining order.
Andrew Bladon, 56, of Norn Hill, pleaded guilty to walking on footpaths adjacent to a Basingstoke property on July 25.
He was prohibited from going near this property by a restraining order issued on July 8.
Following his guilty plea, Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on August 27 sent him to jail for 18 weeks, saying the offence was so serious that only a custodial sentence could be justified.
The court said he had a flagrant disregard for court orders as he deliberately breached a restraining order.
