Radio icon Tony Blackburn is to perform in Basingstoke at The Anvil on May 13, as part of his Sounds of the 60s live tour.
Celebrating 60 years in radio, the award-winning presenter has confirmed a series of nationwide performances, to commence in March 2025 and run until the end of the year.
The tour takes inspiration from Blackburn's popular BBC Radio 2 slot, Sounds of the 60s, which attracts millions of listeners each week.
Stories about the decade's fashion, music, and pop culture will be told at the live shows, while classic hits from the likes of The Beatles, Elvis, and Diana Ross & The Supremes will be performed by the Sounds Of the 60s All-Star Band and Singers.

Updated medleys from The Rolling Stones and The Walker Brothers will also be on the setlist.
Blackburn started his radio career in the summer of 1964, broadcasting from pirate station Radio Caroline, off the coast of Essex.
He went on to launch, and be the first voice ever heard on, BBC's Radio 1 in 1967.
Over his illustrious career, he has presented Top of the Pops, BBC Radio London, Capital Gold, and more.
He has been recognised for his contributions to radio as the first person in history to receive, not one, but two Gold Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Radio.
Blackburn was also the first King of the Jungle in the original series of ITV's I'm A Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here.
He has presented Sounds of the 60s on Radio 2 since 2017.
Tickets for the tour go on sale at anvilarts.org.uk/events/sounds-of-the-60s on Monday, September 9 at 10am.
