A Basingstoke man has been disqualified from driving for three years after being found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood for a lab test.
Kevin Ayres, 49, of Winchester Road, pleaded not guilty to failing without reasonable excuse to provide his blood sample at the Northern Police Investigation Centre in Basingstoke on February 18.
Basingstoke Magistrates' Court found him guilty on August 12 and banned him from driving for three years.
Ayres has to pay £690 fine, £620 court costs and £275 surcharge.
