A Basingstoke man has been banned again for driving a car while being disqualified.
Darren Nicol, 42, of Freemantle Close, pleaded guilty to driving a silver BMW 3 Series on Freemantle Close on May 4 while being disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on August 15 banned him further for four months. He must also pay a £1,000 fine, £400 surcharge and £85 costs.
His driving record was endorsed for using the car without a third-party insurance.
