I often find visiting the New Forest a relaxing experience in itself but The Bell Inn in Bramshaw has gone one step further to make it even more relaxing.
The historic coaching inn, which sits alongside the Bramshaw Golf Club, has this year introduced new treatment rooms where you can enjoy a range of treatments in a calming environment.
The treatments actually take place in the Bramshaw Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, and while that doesn’t sound like it would be a tranquil space, it really was.
I was taken up into the eaves of the building where you are met with a peaceful environment, enchanting music and beautiful aromatherapy scents which instantly destressed me.
I opted for the Bramley Bespoke Body Massage, which uses organic Bramley products, is designed to meet your individual needs.
Prior to the treatment, my therapist took the time to discuss any areas of tension I had and what I was hoping to get out of the session. This personal approach made me feel completely at ease and confident that the massage would be tailored specifically to me.
The massage itself was nothing short of incredible. The therapist was clearly highly skilled, with an intuitive ability to target problem areas while also providing a deeply soothing full-body experience. The Bramley products used were a real highlight - they smelled divine and felt luxurious on the skin. The combination of the products and the therapist’s technique left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Each movement was carefully considered, with the perfect balance between firm pressure and gentle relaxation.
The treatment room was another highlight. It had a tranquil, cocoon-like quality, with soft lighting and calming music that further enhanced the experience. It felt like a true escape, a sanctuary from the outside world.
What I particularly loved about the treatment rooms was the attention to detail, from the personalised approach to the luxurious touches that elevate the whole experience.
The treatment rooms are a fantastic addition, and I left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally.
