A drug driver from Aldershot who was more than double the legal limit while driving on a Basingstoke road has been banned.
Daniel Ryan, 29, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta on Cove Road in Basingstoke on March 9, when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in his blood was 120mg/L.
The legal limit is 50mg/L.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and third-party insurance.
Ryan was disqualified from driving for 12 months and his driving record was endorsed.
He was ordered to pay £425 fine, £85 costs and £170 surcharge.
