DRIVERS are urged to be careful this morning as a set of traffic lights have stopped working in Basingstoke.
At the time of writing, on Monday, September 16, the traffic lights on the A30 Winchester Road are not working.
The lights on the dual carriageway coming from Brighton Hill roundabout towards the Winchester Road roundabout, including the lights signalling the turning for the retail parks are not showing signals.

It is not yet known when the issue will be resolved.
The Gazette has contacted Hampshire County Council for a comment.
