The Chantry Centre multi-storey car park in Andover has reopened after a car struck a wall in the Shopmobility area.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning (September 15) and Test Valley Borough Council immediately closed the car park amid safety concerns.
Wendy Masterton, Community Business Manager for Shopmobility said she and colleagues worked from home while repairs to the wall got underway. "We couldn't come in for health and safety reasons, but we opened again on Tuesday."
It's understood that no-one was hurt in the incident. A spokesperson from the Council confirmed a large board had been placed to cover the damage and they were satisfied there was no serious structural damage.
