A DRINK and drug driver who tested positive for cocaine, blew twice over the legal limit and didn't have a full licence has been arrested on suspicion of the offences in Basingstoke.
Police made the arrest in Popley during the night on Saturday, September 21, after stopping the driver and subjecting him to roadside tests.
The driver was breathalysed and blew twice over the legal limit for alcohol, and also tested positive for cocaine.
He was also found to have been driving without a full licence.

Police seized the Volvo car and arrested the driver.
He is due in court next month.
A statement released by Basingstoke Cops on Facebook reads: "A successful Saturday night in Popley.
"PC Cleary and PC Frostick were on the hunt for a drink and drug driver who was driving without a full licence...
"We got him.
"The driver was stopped and blew twice the legal limit, tested positive for cocaine, and didn't have a full licence.
"The car was seized, the driver was arrested for the offence, and he will have his day out in court next month."
