A MAN has been given a supervision order for failing to maintain contact with probation.
Nathan Lee Ingham, 35, of no fixed abode, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on September 13 for failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison.
The court heard that Ingham had failed to keep in contact with probation since December 27, 2023, as instructed.
He admitted to the breach at the court hearing and was sentenced to carry out 20 hours of unpaid work.
