A MAN from Basingstoke has been fined after driving a vehicle without insurance.
Jack Shakespeare, 30, of Kingfishers Cottage, Frog Lane, Basingstoke pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Southsea on October 31, 20243 which did not meet insurance requirements.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on September 13, he was fined £66 and ordered to pay £26 to fund victim services along with £90 costs.
