SIX newly built homes are on the market in Basingstoke for more than £1m each.
The new homes, which vary in price from £1m to £1.5m, are at villages on the outskirts of Basingstoke in Mapledurwell, Sherborne St John and Dummer.
The most expensive is a four-bedroom detached barn conversion in Dummer advertised by Winkworth which is for sale for £1,195,000.
The new home features two ensuites and a family bathroom, two receptions and a study and is located on the Kennel Farm development.
Four of the properties are on the new Shorewood Homes Oak Field Gardens development in Sherborne St John, which includes detached traditional and barn-style houses.

The company is running hard hat tours on Saturday, October 5 between 9am to 2pm by appointment only.
The homes range from a £1,150,000 four-bedroom house to a £1,125,000 three-bedroom detached house.
The sixth new property for sale for more than £1m is in Mapledurwell and is the last remaining plot on a development of five new homes.
The three-bedroom newly built detached house includes underfloor heating, a striking open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a main bedroom with vaulted ceiling, glazed window, and Juliet balcony.
The new home, by Platinum Homes by Bridges, is expected to be completed in October or November this year.
