A MAN has been charged with drug dealing offences after police found class A drugs and cash on his person in Basingstoke.
Luis Davide Sousa Abreu, 27, of Penny Hill in Blackwater, was stopped near Hackwood Cottages in a Nissan Note and searched on October 4.
He has been charged with three counts: Possession with intent to supply class A drugs, acquiring, using or possessing criminal property, and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

The police's statement in full is as follows: "A man has been charged with drugs supply offences after a proactive stop in Basingstoke.
"Patrolling officers stopped a Nissan Note near Hackwood Cottages at around 8pm on Friday (4 October).
"Following a search, a quantity of suspected Class A drugs and cash were seized.
"Luis Davide Sousa Abreu, 27, of Penny Hill in Blackwater, has subsequently been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, acquiring/using/possessing criminal property, and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
"He was remanded in custody and will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court tomorrow (7 October)."
