A shop in Overton has been extensively damaged in a ram-raid in the early hours of Monday, October 7.
Spar store on the corner of Greyhound Lane and Sapley Road, was burgled sometime between 2.30am and 2.45am, according to police.
A white 4x4 vehicle was driven into the front of the Spar, causing extensive damage.
The offenders were then able to enter the store, stealing several thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes and alcohol before making off in the vehicle.
