A Peugeot driver from Basingstoke has been banned for nearly double the drug driving limit.

Dexta Newman-Parsons, 22, of Quantock Close, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot on Grampian Way in Basingstoke on February 7, when the proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was not less than 3.8mg/L.

The legal limit is 2 mg/L.
