Brighton Hill Retail Park, which included popular toy store Toys R Us in addition to electrical retailer PC World and sports retailer JJB Sports, is being demolished.
Last to leave the retail park was Carpetright, the UK's largest retailer of carpets and flooring, after it shut its doors in June 2022.

Now, Brighton Hill Retail Park, which was a feature of the town for more than 30 years, is being demolished after work began in late September.
These photos show buildings that once stood pride of place stripped back to their metal structures.
Rubble litters the derelict site, which will make way for the construction of two new warehouse buildings for 'general industrial' and 'storage and distribution'.
