TWO bikes have been found at a Sainsbury's depot in Basingstoke, prompting an appeal for information.
Hampshire Constabulary is asking residents to check whether they recognise the bikes as they 'would like to reunite them with their owners'.
The bikes, a bright blue Mongoose mountain bike and a black Ridgeback mountain bike were found by officers at the Sainsbury's Distribution Centre in Houndsmill.

In a post made by Basingstoke Cops on Facebook, it says: "Do you recognise either of these bikes? They were located at Sainsbury's depot, Houndsmill and we would like to reunite them with their owners."
The post adds that if residents recognise the bikes they should contact PC Hancock, 24437, at tryffena.hancock@hampshire.police.uk 'if you believe either of these bikes are yours'.
To claim one of the missing bikes, residents will have to provide the officer with proof of ownership.
