A CAR has crashed into a hedge in Beggarwood.
The crash happened in Rycroft Meadows, off Beggarwood Lane at around 3.45pm today, Wednesday, October 23.
The car, a grey Kia Sportage, made its way off-road and into the hedge.
Two people were helped out of the car by the fire service and taken into the care of the ambulance service.

One resident said she heard a loud bang.
Another told the Gazette: "I don't know what happened but earlier there were two huge fire engines and now they are gone.
"I think they were trying to remove the car."
The fire brigade, police and ambulance service were in attendance.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service told the Gazette: "Crews from Basingstoke attended an RTC involving one vehicle in Rycroft Meadows this afternoon.
"The call came in at around 3:45pm.
"Two people were assisted from the vehicle and passed into the care of the ambulance service."
The Gazette has contacted police for a comment.
