Grosvenor House first anniversary as thriving business hub

Grosvenor House, in Basing View, opened its doors in October 2023 after being transformed by Arena Offices from a derelict building into an "ultra-modern" business centre.

It is now home to more than 35 companies, with six of its 10 floors occupied.

The building boasts three meeting rooms, a gym, secure bike storage, a roof terrace, and a cafe, and can accommodate up to 145 desks.

To mark the one-year anniversary, Arena brought together its team, design partners, current clients, and local business professionals for an afternoon of cake-cutting, networking, and lunch from L'arte Coffee House.

Arena Offices said Grosvenor House had attracted a range of businesses over the last 12 months due to its state-of-the-art facilities and prime location with direct connections to central London and the south coast.

Managing director Sharron Domanska said it had been a joy to see Grosvenor House bursting with life over the past year.

She added: "It’s remarkable to think this vibrant space was once a derelict office building.

"We’ve worked closely with architects and design partners to deliver a beautifully curated office space where businesses both small and large are able to thrive.
