The Basingstoke Gang Show is returning to The Haymarket - and it needs your support.

The show, celebrating its 45th anniversary, is recognised as the best-selling and longest running ‘family variety show’ in the South of England

It is run by a cast of 72 youngsters, all aged between eight and 18, who are members of Scouting and Guide units within Basingstoke and Deane.

They have been preparing for the show, which runs from February 13 to February 22, 2025, with 11 performances, entertaining audiences with a series of 19 variety acts across: sensational songs, choreography, superb sketches, and a whole lot more.

However, the costs of the production have risen to £73,000 after two years of inflation. To preserve this opportunity and maintain the high production values and standards, the Gang Show needs support.

Tickets are available at £23 for adults and £16 for children. On the last night, all seats are priced at £24.

Tickets can be purchased via Anvil Arts.

A group booking discount of £1 is available for every 10 tickets purchased before January 31, 2025.

The Basingstoke Gang Show is also calling out for volunteers and sponsors.

Adults interested in helping with the production are encouraged to get involved. This could range from building scenery and making costumes to other forms of support.

Local businesses can apply to be sponsors, with packages starting at £100 and going up to £2,000.
