THE KFC in Basingstoke Leisure Park has shut its doors to the shock of shoppers, with no reason given for the closure.
Customers who were looking to get their lunch or dinner from the fast food restaurant have been left disappointed after it inexplicably shut up shop for the evening at around 4pm on Thursday, October 7.
The branch has placed a sign on the door reading: "Really sorry... We're closed at the moment.

"We'll be back at the fryers as soon as we can."
An employee at the branch confirmed to the Gazette that the store had closed, however, they added that they could not give any reason for the closure.
Residents who are looking to get their fried chicken fix will instead have to travel to the Malls in Basingstoke town centre, the next closest store to the leisure centre branch.
A spokesperson for KFC told the Gazette: "Fear not KFC fans of Basingstoke…Our Leisure Park restaurant has re-opened after a temporary closure while we carried out routine maintenance.
"The team are back at the fryers and serving up our famously delicious, fried chicken that our fans know and love."
